We improve education experiences for students...one school at a time!

In the United States, there are many debates concerning the ways of improving the educational experience of our students. The many approaches to improve schools include stricter accountability identifications and monitoring, changes in curriculum, development of school and district reviews, increased family engagement, school and teacher leader development, and increasing teacher collaboration. The limited number of support organizations available to guide and assist schools has impeded the call for improvements. REACH provides education solutions to schools and districts by bringing educators with proven records of successfully leading school change and innovative programs and products to the forefront of our services.

The REACH Educational Solutions organization stands firmly with the protesters who are exercising their free speech and rights to bring attention to the atrocious treatment of George Floyd and common practices of interacting with the Black community. For years, REACH has dedicated the efforts of the organization to disrupt the inequities of poor educational conditions for students of color, with a particular focus on students living in poverty. Our country, based on the fundamental premise and principles of democracy, has the opportunity to be a wonderful place for all people to live and thrive; however, the actualization of this utopia will only materialize when all people come together to insist that Black and Brown men, women, and children are treated with respect, care, and empathy! We stand with the world in saying, “Black Lives Matter, period, full stop!”
